Step out to step in

My word for 2025 is commitment, and three months into 2025 I’m frankly finding it hard to stay the path. These days I’m leaning on accountability as an external method to committing to myself. I joke that if we didn't have the late cancel fee, I would never make it to a morning class! But seriously, this accountability helps me to step outside of my comfort zone in order to step back into my body.

Speaking of stepping outside my comfort zone, this month I’ll be heading out to a one week meditation retreat without any technology. I’m excited to shake up my routine, in the hopes that when I return I have a bit more self-initiative to return to my personal commitments. Stepping out, to step in. While I’m out, you’ll hear from our new studio manager, Alan, he’ll make sure you’re in great hands!

What's Inspiring Our Team

  • Erin was inspired this past month "by Kendrick Lamar's epic halftime show. Not only was it wildly entertaining but it was also a powerful message and felt like a call to action." If you made it this far without seeing it, better late than never!

  • As we head into (hopefully) our last few weeks of Winter, Liza mentioned last week that she is "Trying to embrace the cold! Admiring the beauty of changing seasons, and the opportunity the winter gives to pause and do less and recharge."

  • Alan said "While our leaders are not protecting us, I’m inspired by everyday Americans organizing and sharing information"

  • Eleanor shared "If you've never heard of the Weisest Band on Spotify for music recommendations, you're in for a treat. I've been enjoying their Blue playlist as I get through my busywork"
