  • Vinyasa yoga

    Open (Yoga Asana)

    Vinyasa style yoga asana, this is the "flowy" modality! A yoga-inspired class, honoring the yoga lineage but also may include aspects of mobility, flexibility/stretching, and calisthenics. Wear comfortable clothes you can move around in.

    Physical Intensity (1-5, with 5 being the most vigorous): 3 or 4

  • Hot yoga

    Hot Open (Hot Yoga Asana)

  • Hot Mat Pilates

    Hot Engage (Hot Mat Pilates)

    Your favorite mat pilates class in Chicago with some extra heat! Incorporating principles from traditional and contemporary mat pilates, this modality explores the intersection of strength training, mobility, core stability, and breath. The temperature of this class ranges from 90-105° depending on time of year, intensity of class, and attendance.

  • Strength training

    Strengthen (Strength Training)

    High-intensity, low-impact circuit-based strength training using props such as dumbbells and resistance bands. This is the modality where you will be encouraged to pick up heavy weights! We encourage you to find quick transitions to keep the heart rate elevated to get additional cardiovascular benefits. Our anatomy-driven teachers will offer modifications and amplifications so that everyone can feel supported in our space. Move at your own pace, this class is not to the beat.

  • Yoga sculpt

    IGNITE (HOT CARDIO SCULPT)

    Your favorite high-intensity sculpt workout, but infused with somatics to strengthen mind-body connection. Expect a mix of cardio exercises along with sculpt, pilates, and strength training exercises - all set to the beat of the music. Set to 85° to bring some extra heat!

  • Active transformational breathwork

    BREATHE (ACTIVE breathwork + Soundbath)

    Our Forth signature breathwork experience. Enjoy a series of rhythm-based active breathwork exercises followed by a soothing soundbath. Note that this will be an active breathwork class and is not intended for those who are expecting, epileptic, those with a history of strokes or cardiovascular conditions.

  • Restorative yoga and soundbath

    RESTORE (Deep Stretch + Sound bath)

    Stretch, relax, and wind down. This class includes some time for gentle stretches to slow the nervous system down and allow for a nice, juicy, meditation. Our teachers will be using sound bowls and other instruments as well to guide you on your restorative journey - enjoy!

  • Guided Meditation

    DEEPEN (GUIDED MEDITATION)

    A short but intentional pause in your day. Deepen draws from mindfulness meditation, somatic awareness, and the wisdom of multiple yoga and meditation lineages to guide you inward. Dress comfortably, you will be settling into stillness.

  • Ecstatic Dance

    AWAKEN (ECSTATIC DANCE)

    A true dance party where no one is watching! Never heard of ecstatic dance? This is a great place to start. A free-form movement journey guided by intentionally bumping music and our expert instructors. Ecstatic Dance at Forth invites you to move intuitively, explore rhythm and sensation, and connect with your body in a non-judgmental space. No choreography, no mirrors, no experience required. Move and be moved.
