A Breath of Fresh Air
Hey Forth Friends! Alan here this week. The other day, I did something so simple: I opened the windows.
Being from Phoenix, this is a foreign concept because it's so hot and dusty, but the air this day was crisp, and as it flowed into my space, I felt something shift. The energy felt lighter, clearer. It was as if the room could finally exhale.
Spring invites us to do just that - to exhale. To clear out what’s been lingering. To let in something new.
Whether it’s fresh air, sunlight, or a new rhythm, the season reminds us that movement doesn’t always have to be big to be meaningful. Sometimes, it’s as subtle as cracking open a window, or rolling out your mat and taking one deep breath.
Spring Cleaning for the Soul
Just like our homes, our bodies and minds accumulate clutter: stale thoughts, stuck emotions, habitual tension. Through movement, breath, and presence, we clear space. We move what’s been stagnant. We let ourselves feel more alive.
Whether you’re deep-cleaning your home or just opening a few windows, know that you’re allowed to feel different this season. You’re allowed to make space. To let something go. To move forward with clarity.
