Bachelorettes, anniversaries, or just time for you to build on your own practice. We offer yoga, breathwork, mat pilates, sound bath, restorative yoga, meditation, strength training - but can also weave in things like journaling, mindful connections, etc. You can pick one focus or do a blend of a few things.
