Returning to your "why"
Hey Forth! Eleanor here. The past two summers I've really intended to find time to slow down and simmer in the summer heat, but somehow things end up firing up!
I've spent the past few weeks not only teaching and moving at Forth, but also getting the opportunities to teach at the Waldorf Astoria, Rivian, and a special private event on Wrigley Field for the wives/partners of the Cubs.
In light of all of this, I was chatting with another studio owner about what defines success. Events like these certainly stroke my ego - how could they not! But at the end of the day, these events don't come back to my "why".
Simultaneously, I've been growing my own 1:1 breathwork business - working individually with students to process stored emotions/thought patterns/feelings through breath. Every session has not only been transformational for my students, but for me as well. I always leave those sessions feeling lighter, and more in love with humanity. We're all just silly humans running around in this shared space, trying to figure things out.
I'm focusing a lot these days on how we can keep our offerings relevant, meaningful, and supportive to YOU! And with the support of Alan (our amazing studio manager), our top-notch team of teachers, and devoted studio experience managers - we are excited to continue refining and expanding opportunities for you to grow, build community, and practice moving through intensity.
