We know new things can be daunting, and we welcome that! This is a space where we listen to ourselves - the good, the bad, and everything in between. Across all of our modalities at our two studios, we use the physical body as the access point to connect to ourselves. Ready to add intention and mindfulness to your fitness routine?
What are all these class names?
Get the full scoop on each class here. We have several different class modalities to meet all your needs. Curious about a new modality for you? Every class at Forth welcomes all levels, we’re here for you.
Open (Yoga Asana): A vinyasa and hatha yoga-inspired class, honoring the yoga lineage but also may include aspects of mobility, flexibility/stretching, and calisthenics for a full-bodied flow.
Hot Open (Hot Yoga Asana): A hot version of our Open class, set to 100°.
Engage (Mat Pilates): Incorporating principles from traditional and contemporary mat pilates, this modality explores the intersection of strength training, mobility, core stability, and breath.
Hot Engage (Hot Mat Pilates): A hot version of our Engage class, set to 90°.
Strengthen (Mat-Based Strength Training): High-intensity, low-impact circuit-based strength training using props such as dumbbells and resistance bands. Pick up heavy weights! Move at your own pace! Our anatomy-driven teachers will offer modifications and amplifications so that everyone can feel supported.
Restore (Deep Stretch + Sound Bath): Quiet time to really be with yourself. This modality includes full-bodied mobility and flexibility to slow the nervous system down and allow for a nice, juicy, meditation. Our teachers will be using sound bowls as well as a tool to guide you on your restorative journey - enjoy!
Breathe (Guided Breathwork + Soundbath): Inspired by pranayama, kundalini, holotropic, and other breathwork lineages - this is an active breathwork class that is meant for you to clear the mind, and settle into meditation with a soundbath to finish. As one of the only studios in Chicago offering regular breathwork classes, we welcome beginners here!

Book your class online ahead of time so we know you are coming! Please arrive 10 minutes early. We will orient you to the studio and make sure you have time to get settled before class.

We have a 3-week unlimited deal for you to snag! We encourage you to try both familiar and new modalities during your time with us, and explore creating a new routine.

There is street parking available at both studios, but is a bit easier to find at the 2871 N Milwaukee location. Both locations are within a 5 minute walk to the blue line.
